Returns, Replacements & Order Issues Policy

At PureOrigin Peptides, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. While we cannot accept returns on research peptides once they leave our facility, we are committed to making sure your experience is smooth, reliable, and supported at every step.

Order Accuracy & Damaged Items

If you notice an issue with your order — such as an incorrect item, missing product, or damage during transit — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation quickly and provide a replacement when appropriate.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once USPS marks a package as Delivered to the address provided:

  • Lost or stolen packages are outside our direct control
  • Delivery delays are the responsibility of USPS

However, we are always happy to assist by helping initiate carrier investigations to resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping confirmation is issued. If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Research-Only Products

To maintain strict quality and safety standards:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Refunds cannot be issued once an order has shipped

This ensures every product remains secure, uncompromised, and suitable for laboratory research use.
